Room keys malfunctioning left us frustrated!!! Construction noise during our stay made relaxation impossible!!! Overcrowded pool area with no towels available was disappointing!!! A major oversight in monitoring guest safety around the pool!!!

Decent stay but breakfast was a miss

We stayed for 4 nights in a Queen Suite, and the room was pretty spacious and comfy. Staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast could've been better. it had no flavor, and we only ended up eating it once. But the location was super convenient for exploring La Crosse!

The room was super clean with two comfy queen beds, a nice private bathroom, fridge, microwave, and a flat-screen TV. The breakfast had loads of options, like fresh fruit and pastries. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The pool area was nice and clean too. Plus, it’s close to a lot of shops and restaurants, which is a huge bonus.

I loved the warm decor and spacious common areas, which made it easy to navigate. The staff was exceptionally attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed during my stay, adding a personal touch to my experience.
